Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Miller County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day You will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
