Powder coating technician • Elk County, Kansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Elk County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
