Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Todd County, South Dakota. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
