The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
