On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 4+ years on the tools preferred.
