Vacancy available: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Morgan County, Ohio. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection The role involves cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes.
