Commis chef wanted in Montgomery County

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Montgomery County, North Carolina. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking We offer $31 per hour plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
