Cake decorator — Southern Ijaw

Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Southern Ijaw, Bayelsa State. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time, day shift.
