On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
