What we are looking for: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports The role involves shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
