CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Rusk County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Rusk County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a toolroom. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day to day you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
