Manufacturing operative • Cross County, Arkansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Cross County, Arkansas. The job is in a food processing unit. You will move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley; feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; assemble components according to the work order; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); record output figures and downtime on the production log. You should have: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
