Kitchen cook wanted in Jones County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Jones County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 1+ years on the tools preferred.
