Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Boluwaduro, Osun State. Your main tasks: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
