Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time with occasional weekends.
