Steel erection rigger wanted in Benton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Benton County, Mississippi. You will work at a power plant. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Your main tasks: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Full-time with occasional weekends.
