Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Greater Bridgeport Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Day to day you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. What we are looking for: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
