Gas commissioning technician — Stanley County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Stanley County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
