Great opportunity: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Bertie County, North Carolina. You will work at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage The role involves mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
