Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Charleston County, South Carolina. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
