Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On a typical shift you will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
