Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts On a typical shift you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL).
