Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Stockton-on-Tees, England. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Part-time with flexible hours.
