Garment presser — Armstrong County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a garment presser in Armstrong County, Texas. You will work at a textile finishing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Requirements: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
