Ideal candidate: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio The role involves pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate.
