Reinforcement fitter wanted in East Ayrshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in East Ayrshire, Scotland. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. On the job you will handle: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
