Powder coating sprayer wanted in Northumberland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Northumberland County, Virginia. You will work on an industrial coating line. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits.
