Oven operator wanted in Carlisle County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Carlisle County, Kentucky. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
