Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Caledonia County, Vermont. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
