Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. Your main tasks: • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels What we are looking for: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
