Your main tasks: • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Part-time with flexible hours.
