GTAW welder wanted in Garko

Vacancy available: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Garko, Kano State. You will be based on a structural steel site. Day-to-day duties: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₦110,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
