Automotive paint technician — Culpeper County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Culpeper County, Virginia. Day to day you will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
