Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Otsego County, New York. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. You will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres 4+ years on the tools preferred.
