Join our team: we are hiring a roofer in Montgomery County, Virginia. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. You will fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Six days a week, one day off.
