Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Petersburg Borough, Alaska. You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Part-time with flexible hours.
