Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Performance bonus on top of base pay.
