Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; check back during the meal and handle special requests. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
