Cabinet maker — Central Bedfordshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Central Bedfordshire, England. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
