Cnc turner wanted in Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turner in Union County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. Day-to-day duties: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code 5+ years on the tools preferred.
