Fine-dining server wanted in Tazewell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Tazewell County, Illinois. You will work at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will clear and reset tables between covers; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
