Steward wanted in Conwy

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Conwy, Wales. You will work at a banquet hall. You will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
