Articulated lorry driver wanted in Grant County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Grant County, Kentucky. You will be based at a logistics warehouse. Your main tasks: • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery You should have: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience Six days a week, one day off.
