Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers We offer $160 per day plus benefits.
