Ideal candidate: • Able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios The role involves: • Follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination • Replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls • Dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals • Restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £2,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
