We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Newport, Wales. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight We offer £1,750 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
