Back-of-house cleaner — Abadam

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Abadam, Borno State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Pay around ₦280,000 per month, based on your experience.
