On a typical shift you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair.
