Safety officer — Shropshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety officer in Shropshire, England. Your main tasks: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site You should have: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Six days a week, one day off.
