Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Clayton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Clayton County, Georgia. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Part-time with flexible hours.
